the client and Agence XPG regarding digital services,

SaaS solutions, CMS platforms, and related offerings.

Any order, subscription, or payment implies full acceptance.

client support systems
branding and design
consulting
third-party integrations

3. Acceptance

By using the services, the client agrees to these Terms.

4. Ordering Process

request or signup
analysis
proposal or offer
validation
payment
service activation

5. Pricing & Payment

50% standard deposit
70% for complex projects
subscriptions for SaaS

Additional costs may apply (hosting, APIs, tools).

6. SaaS Access

Access is:

non-transferable
tied to active payment
subject to suspension if unpaid

7. Source Files

Source files are:

not included by default
delivered after full payment
optionally billed

8. Timeline & Refunds

no refund after project start or service activation
refund possible only before start

9. Delays & Suspension

Services may be suspended for:

non-payment
lack of client input
abusive behavior

10. Revisions

Limited revisions included. Extra changes may be billed.

11. Marketing Use

Agence XPG may showcase work unless confidentiality is requested.

12. Priority Clients

Some clients may receive priority service.

13. Rush Fees

Urgent projects may incur additional fees.

14. No Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.

15. Liability

Agence XPG is not liable for indirect damages or misuse.

16. Force Majeure

No liability for uncontrollable events.

17. Disputes

amicable resolution first
Dakar courts jurisdiction

18. Intellectual Property

Ownership remains until full payment.

19. Modifications

Terms may be updated anytime.
